This program is for artists who want to move beyond sharing information and start building intentional learning experiences. Whether you’re creating your first course or refining an existing one, you’ll strengthen your foundation as an educator and improve your student experience.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn how to structure clear course content, improve your manuals and training materials, and refine your teaching so students truly understand and retain what you show them. We also cover branding, messaging, and marketing so your education feels aligned and professional.
You’ll explore the psychology of teaching and selling a course, how students learn, what builds trust, and what drives enrollment, with a focus on setting students up for real success, not just certification.
By the end, you’ll have a stronger education framework, clearer direction, greater teaching confidence, and a course that feels intentional, structured, and built for lasting student success.

You’ll have the tools to position, present, and promote your education program with confidence, including your educator brand, messaging, visual direction, and marketing framework. By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll be prepared to launch or refine a program that feels aligned, professional, and built to grow.

The Educator Edit - Common Questions
$4000. Your investment covers all eight live sessions, private 1:1 time with both Cristal and Olivia building your custom branding kit and marketing plan, the Educator Edit Workbook, Dr. Janice Luk's Eye Health Overview for Lash Professionals course, lifetime access to every session recording, and our ongoing support after the program ends.
Payment can be made through ET, Credit Card or Afterpay. Most graduates recoup their investment within their first two classes.
You'll join one live session per week for eight weeks. Sessions run Mondays at 12pm MST and average 2.5–3 hours, with Q&A built in. Outside of that, plan one full day each week to build your own materials because you're not just learning this, you're leaving with a finished program. We recommend scheduling off you lash business Mondays (Session day), and one additional day a week.
Every session is recorded and yours to keep, so if you have a client emergency or a session falls in an awkward timezone, you won't fall behind. That said, this is a small group built on live discussion. Showing up is where most of the value is.

You'll complete a short application form, and we review every one as it comes in and you'll hear back within 48 hours. Accepted applicants receive a welcome email and an invoice to secure their seat, and once that's settled you'll get your full schedule, resources, and everything you need before Week 1.
We cap each cohort at six artists. If you aren't accepted this round, it's rarely about you - it's about keeping the group small enough that everyone gets real attention (we customize our class to fit each individual educators needs). You'll be first to know about the next intake.
No. The Educator Edit is built for two people: the experienced artist ready to step into education for the first time, and the educator who's already teaching and knows their offering could be sharper.
What we do look for is a real foundation in your craft and genuine commitment to the eight weeks. You'll be building your curriculum alongside five other artists, and the quality of that room depends on everyone in it. That's the whole reason we screen by application rather than opening enrollment to anyone with a credit card.
Most educator training is a recorded video library you work through alone. You finish with information and no program.
This is eight live weeks with two educators who have built what you're trying to build: Cristal in product development and industry leadership, Olivia in education, marketing and business growth. You get private 1:1 sessions where we build your branding and marketing plan, not a template. We provide you with your manual templates, admin templates, course structures, and individualized support. Your cohort is five other artists, not five hundred.

Yes. The Educator Edit is open to lash artists across Canada and the United States, and we built the schedule with both in mind.
Tuition is billed in Canadian dollars, which for U.S. artists usually means a meaningful discount against the exchange rate. Every session is recorded regardless of where you're joining from.
The Educator Edit is for artists with a real calling to teach. You take lash artistry seriously as a profession. You want higher standards in this industry and you're willing to help set them. You're proud of your craft and ready to pass it on properly. Teaching experience isn't required. That instinct is. The curriculum, the manual, the marketing, we build all of it with you over eight weeks.
