Yes. Origins Lash Pro is developing the first lash adhesive fully formulated, tested, and manufactured in Canada, with a focus on supporting lash artists and clients who have experienced sensitivities or reactions to traditional cyanoacrylate-based adhesives.

Development has been ongoing since 2024 and is guided by extensive formulation, testing, and direct feedback from thousands of lash artists we communicate with daily through social media, email, and professional channels.

This adhesive is being developed for trained lash professionals working with clients who have experienced sensitivities to conventional lash adhesives. The goal is to provide a more tolerance-focused option while maintaining the performance standards required for professional application.

Unlike most lash adhesives, which are white-label formulas manufactured overseas, Origins Lash Pro’s adhesive is being entirely formulated, tested, and made in Canada. This allows for tighter quality control, intentional ingredient selection, and extended testing focused on sensitivity-conscious formulation.

Our innovation process is driven by real-world lash artist experience, ensuring products are developed to support both performance and long-term industry sustainability.

The adhesive is currently in extended testing and validation phases. A public release is planned for late 2026 to 2027, pending final performance benchmarks and professional testing standards.

• Ideal temperature: 18-23°C (64-73°F) with humidity levels between 40-60%.
• Shelf life: Unopened (6 months), Opened (4-6 weeks for best results).

Yes we do for Calgary and area customers! Our pickup location is South Calgary - hours of pickup are 9am-9pm M-F and limited on weekends and holidays. After you choose pickup at checkout, text us at 403-969-7656 to arrange a pickup time. We require a minimum of 3 hours to pack your order after you place it.

Shipping rates vary based on location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD within Canada and over $350 CAD within the USA.

We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to modify it.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@originslashpro.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and ship you a new one if neccesary!

All orders from Canada (Origins Company Headquarters) to the USA or AUS will be subject to duties / Tariffs. We use UPS or DHL to ship internationally, so all duties / tariffs will need to be paid directly to the shipping company to release your package. Please check your local Tariff rates to estimate cost. For the USA it is 25% - 30%

Due to the nature of our products, all sales on opened products are final. We do not accept returns on adhesives, liquids, or lashes for hygiene reasons. However, we completely guarantee our quality. If for any reason you experience any quality issues, please contact us immediately for replacement or refund! You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, no exceptions.

Unopened products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

For eligible, unopened items email us at info@originslashpro.com within 14 days of receiving your order for return approval.

There may be a 20% restocking fee on orders depending on the size and reason for the return. We will discuss restocking fee's on a case by case basis. Expect 20% by defult.
