To maintain the best performance:

• Store upright in a cool, dark place.
• Keep the nozzle clean and sealed tightly after each use.
• Ideal temperature: 18-23°C (64-73°F) with humidity levels between 40-60%.
• Shelf life: Unopened (6 months), Opened (4-6 weeks for best results).

Yes we do for Calgary and area customers! Our pickup location is South Calgary - hours of pickup are 9am-9pm M-F and limited on weekends and holidays. After you choose pickup at checkout, text us at 403-969-7656 to arrange a pickup time. We require a minimum of 3 hours to pack your order after you place it.

Shipping rates vary based on location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD within Canada and over $350 CAD within the USA.

We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to modify it.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@originslashpro.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and ship you a new one if neccesary!

Due to the nature of our products, all sales on opened products are final. We do not accept returns on adhesives, liquids, or lashes for hygiene reasons. However, we completely guarantee our quality. If for any reason you experience any quality issues, please contact us immediately for replacement or refund! You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, no exceptions.

Unopened products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

For eligible, unopened items email us at info@originslashpro.com within 14 days of receiving your order for return approval.

There may be a 20% restocking fee on orders depending on the size and reason for the return. We will discuss restocking fee's on a case by case basis. Expect 20% by defult.
