Return Policy
If you are at all unsatisfied with your products, please contact us. We will provide refunds on unused returned items within 14 days from purchase date. 20% restocking fee applies, and shipping back to the warehouse is customer's responsibility.

New Product Releases
Origins is currently in the Development stage of several other artist geared products. These include obscure curls and lengths, colored lashes, tweezers and application accessories. Check back for new product releases
Where Are You Located
We are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. All products are shipped out from Calgary. Same day pickup is available for Calgary Area Lash Artists.
What Shipping Options are available?
In Canada, we have Standard shipping (3-6 Business Days) and Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days). If you live in Calgary City Limits, we have SAME DAY COURIERS (Must be a weekday / non-holiday) and local pickup available between 9am - 9pm daily. We do NOT have a retail location to shop, all orders must be placed online

For USA Customers, we offer DHL shipping ONLY, with a shipping time of 3-5 Business Days

We PRIDE ourselves in outstanding Quality control and Customer service to ENSURE all lash artists have the best experience with our products! Do you offer education?
Origins will be offering Certification programs, in-Person Styling WORKSHOPS as well as Online Education. Please visit the EDUCATION tab on our website for more info! We have teamed up with some of the industries BEST STYLING Educators to deliver one-of-a-kind Styling education never seen before in the industry. We take education SERIOUSLY and only provide the best leaning experience for our students. Please email us below if you have any questions about the education we offer!
Are you accepting new BA applications?
If you're interested in becoming an Origins BA, please use the contact form below to submit your request. We have a limited amount of BA spots available, and typically only open spots in June and December each year. Message us to get added to the list!
